Empowering Young People to Thrive

Writing for Resilience Young People's Coaching Programme

How do we create a society of confident adults? Adults with purpose? With practical skills? By teaching those skills to young people in a supportive environment. Young people who are the future of our society.

That’s what the Writing for Resilience Youth Coaching Programme has been designed to do.

Our coaches create trusting, supportive relationships in one-to-one and group coaching sessions. We help young people to recognise their talents. To set achievable goals. And to develop practical life skills.

Programme Overview

Within this supportive group, they’ll be able to connect and share their vision with like-minded people who will keep them accountable.

People who will help them to stay on track as they work towards their goals. And they’ll support the group in return, as each participant works towards their own goals.

Structure and Delivery

The workshop runs for twelve weeks, delivered by the same coach. There’ll be expert guest speakers who’ll share their own experience on specific topics.

And each weekly session will be in the same location at the same time.

Programme Goals

The goal of the workshop is to equip the participating young people with emotional resilience. With coping strategies to manage life’s challenges. To create connection and belonging. And to give them financial awareness and skills for life that will create their own personal empowerment.
